Rider Fitness Foundations
This 16-week, 3-phase program is a more introductory or 'back in the saddle' program that focuses on developing excellence in human movement, performing one exercise at a time, and building the foundational rider fitness elements - balance, stability, strength/endurance, mobility, and symmetry in all these - to both enhance riding and to progress to more challenging fitness training.

Rider Fitness gains
This 18-week, 3-phase program is designed to progressively improve the elements of fitness required of every equestrian;
balance, stability, strength/endurance, mobility, coordination and athleticism - and symmetry in all these.
Efficient programming packs the most into the workouts and the phases allow for physiological adaptation. Progression can be further enhanced by increasing the repetitions, slowing the speed, increasing resistance or adding more workouts.

Training includes building skills essential for equestrian performance such as agility, reaction time, coordination, and proprioception, as well as more advanced metabolic conditioning.
