Meet the Coach

Dr Fiona Hargraves PhD is an equestrian sports scientist, exercise physiologist, nutritionist and behavioural scientist, author and university lecturer - as well as a dressage rider! - with years of experience in fitness and sport. Fiona's programs for riders are based on results which are only possible through adherence & consistency, so she emphasises building habits as the key to progress.
