Training to enhance your riding at one of 2 levels; gentle/beginner or general (suits most riders to start). Both programs have 3 x 6-week phases over 18 weeks. They have progression and assessments built in for RESULTS. Expertly designed by Equestrian Sports Scientist PhD.

The FitScience EQ programs are for riders who want to improve their performance on the horse and are willing to commit to working off the horse, to becoming someone who trains, to make this happen.
We have entry points for training for both beginners seeking to build a solid foundation and established equestrians looking to enhance performance.
If you want a magic solution or a quick fix, then it's probably not the approach for you. But if you're ready to invest in your riding and unlock your true potential, this program is perfect for you!
In the workouts, exercises are performed during timed intervals in a circuit of a few exercises which may repeat, based on the level.
The app announces the exercises, the timing and rest periods. You can pause or stop, save progress and continue later. The app also plays video demonstrations, and you can click any exercise to see full instructions before beginning as well.
The exercises focus on key elements such as mobility, strength, endurance, and body awareness, all essential for riding effectively and securely.
Rider Fitness programs start every Monday but the app and other materials are available immediately. There is plenty in the app to get you going to today - including starting your Habit Hacks program - before your specific Rider Fitness Program starts. After purchase, you will receive access to our Membership area with materials and guidance on downloading our app ready to start training. The Mobility 6-week program will start the day you buy or the the day after (depending how late it is). But you can move the sessions around to any days of the week that suit you.
Absolutely! Our workouts are designed to be done where riders are to make it as easy as possible to stick with it. They can be done at home, in the stable or in the paddock. We use mostly body weight with a few basic pieces of equipment, depending on the level - exercise mat, light hand weights, band.
Our payments are handled by Stripe - safe 'n' sound in their hands only.

To cancel a FitScience EQ app subscription on the app, simply:
- Click on 3 dots bottom right for your profile
- Click on purchases
- Click on 3 dots on the right next to your program/product and ‘Cancel Autorenew’ will come up at the bottom
Or you can log into the web portal here and:
- From the dropdown top right with your name on it, select ‘my account’
- From the menu on the left, select ‘Purchases’
- Then next to the program/product select ‘Cancel autorenew’
Yes! The scheduled days are just a suggested frequency and spacing throughout the week. Adjust this for your other activity simply by dragging the workouts to the day you want. Also, you can click on the kettlebell icon at the bottom of the app screen to schedule more and different workout types to your week or start them now (including tracking rides/equestrian activities/cardio/on demand videos etc.
