In the workouts, exercises are performed during timed intervals in a circuit of a few exercises which may repeat, based on the level.
The app announces the exercises, the timing and rest periods. You can pause or stop, save progress and continue later. The app also plays video demonstrations, and you can click any exercise to see full instructions before beginning as well.

Rider Fitness programs start every Monday but the app and other materials are available immediately. There is plenty in the app to get you going to today - including starting your Habit Hacks program - before your specific Rider Fitness Program starts. Absolutely! Our workouts are designed to be done where riders are to make it as easy as possible to stick with it. They can be done at home, in the stable or in the paddock. We use mostly body weight with a few basic pieces of equipment, depending on the level - exercise mat, light hand weights, band.
